When will I receive my order?

Orders have a delivery time of 24/48 hours from the moment the package leaves the warehouse. If you order from Monday to Thursday after 15:30 p.m., Friday after 12:00 p.m., on a weekend or a holiday, this delivery time may vary. In periods of sales and/or promotions there could also be variations.

I have chosen bank transfer, but I prefer another payment method. What do I do?

Call us at 965 500 045 and tell us what happened. We will cancel the order in which you have selected bank transfer so that you can order it again by selecting the appropriate payment method.

I made a mistake when ordering and I used the 10% discount coupon, can I use it again?

No, you can’t. The -10% discount coupon that is offered when subscribing to the Newsletter has a single use, but in case you have used it by mistake in an order that you want to cancel, we will generate another special discount code so that you can take advantage of that -10% when placing the order correctly.

I have an incident with my order, who should I call?

You can contact us via email at hola@binnariproject.com or by calling (+34) 966 950 045. Please provide your order reference and details of the issue so we can resolve it as soon as possible.

Shipping Incidents: For shipments within the Peninsula, you may contact the transport agency directly by calling (+34) 966 952 604. Alternatively, feel free to contact us at the email or phone number listed above.

Do you ship to Spain and Europe?

Spain & Portugal

FREE home delivery on all orders over €30.

Delivery Times:

  • Peninsula: Guaranteed delivery in 24/48h (from the moment the package leaves our warehouse).
  • Balearic Islands: Delivery in 48/72h (from the moment the package leaves our warehouse).

Shipping Costs (Orders under €30):

  • Peninsula (Spain & Portugal): €3.95
  • Balearic Islands: €4.95

NOTE: We currently do not ship to the Portuguese Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, or Melilla. We promise we are working to make this available soon. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Europe

Europe Orders can be delivered to the following EU countries:

  • Germany
  • Italy
  • France

Shipping Cost: €12.

Delivery Time: 48/72h.

International orders are shipped via FedEx.

What methods of payment do you use?

We currently offer the following payment methods:

  • PayPal (Standard payment or installment options).
  • Bank Transfer.
  • Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, and American Express).
  • Sequra: The fastest and easiest way to pay in installments.

You will be able to select your payment method once you have entered your shipping details.

Can I cancel my order?

Once you have made your purchase, you can cancel your order by contacting us by email at hola@binnariproject.com or by calling 965500045 at any time before your order is shipped and you will receive a full refund. However, if your order has already left our warehouse, we will try to talk to the transport agency to cancel the shipment, otherwise, you must wait until it is delivered before you can return the product.

If I make a return, will I be reimbursed for the shipping costs?

Spain & Portugal

Returns and exchanges are always FREE. To request one, simply follow the steps below. Please note that you have 15 calendar days from the day you receive your order to initiate a return.

SHIPPING COSTS vs. RETURN COSTS: It is important to note that if your order was under €30 and you paid for shipping, the original shipping fees will not be refunded (unless the order is cancelled before leaving our warehouse), as this service has already been utilized to deliver your package. The return process itself incurs no extra charge.

Europe:

How can I change my account password?

If you have forgotten your password to log in, please follow the steps below:

– In the registration section, under the box to enter your password, you must click on “Forgot your password?”

– Then, you will have to enter the e-mail address you registered with and we will send you an e-mail with the instructions to follow to change your password. If you don’t receive the reset email, please check your “Junk mail” folder, you may find our notification there.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes, you can select the gift wrapping option during checkout.

This service costs an additional €2. Your order will include special packaging, and the invoice will be sent via email (not included in the box).
