Spain and Portugal
Deliveries are FREE at home for orders from €30 and with guaranteed delivery in 24/48h for orders placed in the Peninsula (Spain and Portugal), and 48/72h for orders to the Balearic Islands.
NOTE: due to the current situation caused by the Covid-19 pandemic, it must be considered that the delivery of certain orders may be delayed. For orders under €30 made in the Peninsula (Spain and Portugal) the price is €3.95.
For orders under €30 made in the Balearic Islands, the price is €4.95
NOTE: Currently, we do not ship to the Islands of Portugal, the Canary Islands, nor Ceuta and Melilla, but we promise you that we will get down to work to be able to do so soon. We apologize for the inconveniences.
Orders can be delivered to the following UE countries:
Shipping costs are €12 + VAT and delivery time 48/72h.
International deliveries are dispatched by Fedex
NOTE: If you place an order from Monday to Thursday after 15:30 p.m., Friday after 12:00 p.m., on a weekend or a holiday, this delivery time may vary. In sales and/or promotions season there could also be some variations.
How can i track my order?
To be aware of the status of your order read here:
- When your order is ready and has left our warehouses, you will receive an email from Binnari informing you of its departure.
- The day your order is delivered, you will receive an email from the carrier (the transport company we work with is Envialia or Fedex) informing you of the time of delivery. From this email, you will have a link where you could make changes or any management regarding your order.
NOTE: You will be able to track your order from the email that you will receive from the transport company (Envialia or Fedex)

The return/exchange is always FREE. To manage it, you just have to follow the following steps, and keep in mind, that you have 30 calendar DAYS from the day you receive your purchase to request the change.

How do i request a return?
When you purchase an item from our website, you have 30 calendar days to withdraw.
Spain and Portugal
In the package that you receive with your purchased item, there is attacked a sheet, among others, with the guidelines to follow if you want to change it, return it, etc. It is explained in a clear and simple way that it is completely free.
The information is as follows:
1. Before packing the items, mark the product you want to return on the delivery note that you received with your package. On the back of the delivery note, the steps to follow to make your return and a section with reasons for your return are also explained.
NOTE: We would appreciate it if you could mark the reason for your return with an ‘X’, on the back of the delivery note (where the explanation for making your return is located). In case that the reasons stated do not adjust to yours, explain it to us at ‘Others’ section. What we intend with this is to continue improving so that there is no problem with shipments.
Once marked, insert the delivery note inside the package.
- Pack the item(s): Use the original or similar packaging. Remember that the product(s) must be in perfect condition and must be accompanied by the corresponding purchase receipt.
- The sticker you received inside your package must be attached to the outside of the box in a visible place.
- Contact the carrier to pick up your package at home using the phone number that appears on the return sticker at the top (number for returns: 966 952 604). Remember that the return of products is free.
- Deliver the package close, in a safe way, and with its corresponding sticker to the carrier. The carrier will make sure that we receive the product.
- Once we receive it and we review it, the refund process will begin (for more information about the refund, read the following section).

How do i request a change?
The changes are made with the same model you purchased, requesting a color change. To make a model change, we will follow a complete return process, reimbursing you the amount so that you can purchase the new model.
To request an exchange, you must follow the same process as the return process. On the delivery note included in the package, where the return/exchange process is explained, you will have to add the reason for your change and the color for which you want to change it.
At the time the package arrives at our warehouse, we will first check the goods, and if the item has arrived correctly and within the return period, we will prepare the new package with your product in the color you have requested, and you will receive it in a maximum period of 2 o 3 working days. We will also send you an email confirming that the change has been processed.
In case that the requested color is not available, we will contact you as soon as possible via email or telephone number, in order to inform you and seek a solution, whether it is the choice of another color, the refund of the amount, etc.

When will i receive my refund?
Once we receive the package in our warehouse and verify that the product(s) is/are in perfect condition, first of all, you will receive an email to the email address you provided, to inform you.
Secondly, we will proceed to refund your money in the same payment method that you used when making your purchase. The approximate term to receive your refund will be about 15 working days (with the possibility of variations).
If you made the payment by bank transfer, keep in mind that the payment always depends on your financial entity and may take a few days.
Shipping costs will not be refunded and will be deducted from the total refund amount.
If your order was “delivery free” and when returning one or more items your order is not “delivery free” anymore, shipping costs will be deducted from the total refund amount.
