TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE GIVEAWAY “5 BINNARI BAGS – CHRISTMAS 2025”
1.- ORGANIZING COMPANY
The company CNP Bolsos 2000 S.L., with registered office at P.I. Les Pedreres, C/ Treballadores, 8-A Bajo, 03610 Petrer, Alicante, and Tax ID (C.I.F.) B53049391, organizes this giveaway of 5 bags from the BINNARI brand. The giveaway is national in scope, to be conducted through the official Instagram profile @binnariproject, and is exclusive to users residing in Spain who are of legal age.
Instagram does not sponsor, endorse, or administer this giveaway in any way.
2.- START DATE AND END DATE
The giveaway will commence on the date the corresponding post is published on Instagram and will end on December 18, 2025, at 11:59 PM (Spanish Peninsular Time). The official announcement of the winners will take place on December 19, 2025, through the Instagram account @binnariproject.
3.- PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS AND MECHANICS
All natural persons who meet the following requirements may participate in the giveaway:
- Be over 18 years of age.
If necessary, the organization may request an identification document from the winner to verify their identity and age. This data will not be stored or shared and will be deleted after verification.
- Reside in Spain (excluding the Canary Islands).
- Have a real profile on Instagram (fake accounts, duplicate accounts, inactive accounts, or accounts dedicated exclusively to giveaways will not be admitted).
To participate, they must:
- Follow the official account @binnariproject.
- “Like” the giveaway post.
- Comment mentioning another user.
Optional Additional Participation: Participants may share the giveaway post in their Instagram Stories as a voluntary additional action. This action is not a necessary requirement to participate nor will it influence the result of the draw, but its dissemination is appreciated.
4.- PARTICIPATION LIMITS AND VALIDITY CRITERIA
In order to guarantee equality and transparency, the following rules are established:
4.1. Number of entries per person
Each person may participate with multiple comments, but only valid entries will be counted. Comments that do not comply with the rules will not be taken into account for the draw. The platform used to manage the draw will be responsible for automatically filtering and discarding entries that do not meet these conditions.
4.2. Valid comments
Only comments that meet the following criteria will be considered valid:
- Mention a real person.
- Do not systematically repeat the same mention.
- Do not include spam messages or repetitive content.
- Are not offensive, inappropriate, or contrary to the rights of third parties.
4.3. Prohibited conduct
Entries will be invalidated if they:
- Use multiple accounts belonging to the same person.
- Originate from fraudulent accounts, recently created accounts, or accounts with non-organic activity.
- Use automated systems or any attempt to manipulate the result of the draw.
CNP Bolsos 2000 S.L. reserves the right to remove any suspicious participation or any that breaches these rules.
5.- CONDITIONS OF THE GIVEAWAY AND PRIZE
Five (5) winners will be selected using the AppSorteos platform, which guarantees the transparency of the process and issues a certificate of validity. Each winner will receive 1 Binnari bag, which they will choose from the models available in stock (on the website) on the date of shipment.
The prize:
- Is non-transferable.
- Cannot be exchanged for money.
- In the event of a lack of stock, it may be substituted for a model of similar characteristics.
6.- WINNER SELECTION PROCEDURE
The selection of the winners will be carried out through a random draw among the valid entries collected, as described in the previous sections.
Participants expressly accept that:
- The number of comments does not guarantee a specific result.
- The selection is 100% random.
- No claims based on probabilities, number of comments, suspicions about the process, or subjective perception of the result will be admitted.
- Participation in the giveaway implies the express waiver of any claim related to statistical probability, number of entries made, or any statistical expectation regarding the result of the draw.
7.- PRIZE DELIVERY
The winners will be contacted via Direct Message (DM) from the official account @binnariproject. Communication of the result may also be made via publication in stories or an update to the original giveaway post. No bank details or payments of any kind will be requested. The winners will have 72 hours to reply. If they fail to do so, the next alternate (runner-up) will be contacted. Shipment of the prize will be made solely within Spain. Shipping costs will be borne by the organizing company.
8.- LIMITATIONS
If it becomes evident that any of the participants do not meet the requirements set forth in the Terms and Conditions, or if the data provided to participate is not valid, their participation will be considered null and void, and they will be automatically excluded from the giveaway, losing all rights to the prize awarded by virtue of this giveaway.
The following persons may not participate in the giveaway: (i) Employees employed by any of the companies and other entities with legal personality linked to CNP Bolsos 2000 S.L.; (ii) Natural persons who participate directly or indirectly in the capital of CNP Bolsos 2000 S.L.
Any other natural person who has participated directly or indirectly in the organization of this giveaway or has been involved directly or indirectly in its preparation or development (agency, suppliers, etc.).
The prize delivered is non-transferable and not subject to changes, alterations, or compensation at the request of the Participants, nor may it be exchanged for any other product or for money.
CNP Bolsos 2000 S.L. reserves the right, if just cause exists and upon prior legal communication, to make any change, suspend, or extend this giveaway.
Any tax or fiscal burden that the acceptance of the prize may entail for the winner, as well as any other expense derived from the giveaway that is not expressly assumed by CNP Bolsos 2000 S.L. in these Legal Bases, shall be borne by the winner.
A period of FIFTEEN (15) calendar days from the date of the awarding of the prize is established to make any motivated claim.
CNP Bolsos 2000 S.L. reserves the right, in case of obligatory necessity, to substitute the prize for another of similar characteristics.
9.- PUBLICATION OF COMMENTS OR OPINIONS
Comments or opinions whose content is considered inappropriate, offensive, libelous, discriminatory, or that may infringe on the rights of third parties will not be permitted. Comments against an individual that violate the principles of the right to honor, personal and family privacy, and one’s own image will also not be permitted. We will not be responsible for damages caused by comments made by giveaway participants that may at any time offend the sensibilities of other participants.
10.- EXEMPTION OF LIABILITY
Including but not limited to, we are not responsible for possible losses, thefts, delays, or any other circumstance attributable to third parties that may affect the development of this giveaway. Likewise, we are not responsible for the use that the participant makes regarding the prize obtained from this giveaway, and we assume no responsibility for any damage or injury of any kind that the Participants, winner, or third parties may suffer.
We do not assume responsibility in cases of force majeure or fortuitous events that may prevent the realization of the Promotion or the total or partial enjoyment of the prize. In the event that this Promotion cannot be carried out, whether due to fraud detected therein, technical errors, or any other reason not under the control of CNP Bolsos 2000 S.L. and that affects the normal development of the giveaway, we reserve the right to cancel, modify, or suspend it, including the participation webpage.
11.- INSTAGRAM
The promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated in any way with Instagram; therefore, Participants release Instagram from all liability for any potential damages derived from it.
12.- PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

CNP Bolsos 2000 S.L. takes the protection of your privacy and personal data very seriously. Therefore, your personal information is kept securely and treated with the utmost care.
In accordance with the provisions of the applicable regulations regarding data protection, and specifically Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016, regarding the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, each Participant, by accepting these Legal Bases, consents to the personal data provided for participation in this giveaway being incorporated into a file owned by CNP Bolsos 2000 S.L. to process participation in the giveaway and to notify them of the prize in the event they are the Winner.
We inform you that your personal contact data will be used for the following purposes:
- To announce the name of the winner.
- To send the product to the winner.
Participants guarantee that the personal data provided is truthful and are responsible for communicating any modification thereof to CNP Bolsos 2000 S.L. CNP Bolsos 2000 S.L. reserves the right to exclude from this promotion any participant who has provided false data. It is recommended to exercise maximum diligence in matters of Data Protection through the use of security tools; CNP Bolsos 2000 S.L. cannot be held responsible for illicit theft, modification, or loss of data.
Participants have the right to (i) access their personal data, as well as to (ii) request the rectification of inaccurate data or, where appropriate, request its erasure, (iii) request the limitation of the processing of their data, (iv) oppose the processing of their data, and (v) request its portability. Without prejudice to any other administrative appeal or judicial action, the Participant shall have the right to file a claim with a Supervisory Authority, in particular in the Member State in which they have their habitual residence, place of work, or place of the alleged infringement, in the event that they consider that the processing of their personal data is not appropriate to the regulations, as well as in the event of not seeing the exercise of their rights satisfied.
The Supervisory Authority with which the claim has been filed will inform the claimant about the course and result of the claim.

We reserve the right to modify or extend these promotional bases, to the extent that it does not harm or impair the rights of the participants in the giveaway.
14.- APPLICABLE LEGISLATION
Any litigation relating, especially but not exclusively, to the formation, validity, interpretation, signing, existence, execution, or termination of this Contract and, in general, to the relationship established between the Parties, shall be submitted to Spanish legislation; particularly, to the Commercial Code and broadly to the Civil Code.
